Appalachia, Virginia Patricia Hensley Wampler, 67, went to be with the Lord at her home in Appalachia, VA on Monday August 4, 2014. She was a life long Laboratory Technician at several medical facilities throughout southwest Virginia. She is survived by 3 daughters, Virginia Wampler Kilgore of Appalachia, VA, Nancy Wampler of Wise, VA, and Rebecca Wampler of Coeburn, VA. As well as 3 granddaughters, 1 great granddaughter, and several brothers and sisters who all reside in Kentucky. A memorial service will be held at Lost Creek Ministries in the Stephens section of Wise, VA on Friday August 15, 2014 at 6 PM officiated by Rev. Jeff Reynolds.
